Booking and cancellation conditions

1. By paying the deposit of 50%, the participant agrees to the terms and conditions
2. The deposit must be made no later than within 4 days after registration. The rest of the amount must be paid no later than 2 weeks before the start. For bookings less than 6 weeks before the start, the amount must be paid in full by return. In the event of late payment, the reservation will be canceled.
3. Registration is only final after payment of the deposit or, in case of registration less than 6 weeks before the start, of the full registration fee.
4. Participation in “Studio Ibiza” is on a voluntary basis. Participants are free to refrain from any programs, workshops, etc.
5. Refraining from participating in any programs does not give the right to a refund of the registration fee or to any substitute activities.
6. If participants decide to withdraw (due to illness or personal circumstances) they are entitled to a refund of a part of the participation costs:
    – Up to two months before the start of the program: reimbursement of 65% of participation costs.
   – Up to one month before the start of the program: reimbursement of 50% of participation costs.
   – Up to one week before the start of the program: 35% reimbursement of participation costs.
   – Within one week before the start of the program: no reimbursement of participation costs.
7. If the participant is unable to enter the period booked by him or her substitution is permitted, provided that the details of the replacement participant are provided no later than 1 day before the start.
8. Studio Ibiza has the right to make changes to the programming of the week, for example when a teacher is no longer able to provide the workshops due to illness, relocation, pregnancy or other circumstances. In that case Studio Ibiza provides a professional and qualitatively comparable replacement.  The participants will be informed about this before the start.
9. Studio Ibiza has the right to cancel a workshop or lecture if there are good reasons, including insufficient participants, illness of the teacher or force majeure. In case of cancellation by Studio Ibiza an alternative will be offered which fits in this week. Participant is not entitled to reimbursement of participation costs already paid or any other compensation.
10. Studio Ibiza has the right to exclude people from a workshop or lecture without giving reasons.
11. Studio Ibiza has the right to refuse people, or to exclude them from participating in aggressive behavior, drug use, theft, or when vandalism is caused on other people’s property.
12. When due to force majeure, such as Covid-19 related matters, block the week, 50% of the total amount will be refunded (we will do everything we can to have the retreat take place on a different date).
13. When flying to and from Ibiza, but the participant decides to withdraw of his own accord, no money will be refunded.

LIABILITY

1. Studio Ibiza will ensure that the week runs smoothly and orderly.
2. Studio Ibiza will take care of fresh food and drinks.
3. Studio Ibiza is not liable for injury and / or damage of any kind as a result of the participant’s stay and / or activities, nor for loss or damage to property.
4. Complaints must be made in writing and motivated to Studio Ibiza. The person submitting the complaint will receive a response within 14 days.

HOUSE RULES

1. The Finca is non-smoking inside. Drug use and excessive alcohol consumption are not permitted during the week.
2. Respect for every person, regardless of their religion, views, orientation, gender and development is the most important core value.
3. Studio Ibiza has carefully chosen its location to offer participants a safe and liveable environment during the week. Treat the location and its surroundings with care, such as your own house. Together we take care of the beauty and cosiness. Any damage will be recovered from the perpetrator.
4. Participants who do not comply with the house rules or who do not follow the instructions of the staff of the location or Studio Ibiza can be removed from the Finca or workshop. This does not give the participant any rights to a refund of course fees.
5. Making video / film or audio recordings is only permitted during the week after prior permission from Studio Ibiza.
6. Participants get the same amount of private time to use the Main Studio.

 ADDITIONAL PAYMENTS

1. Consumptions that are not included as standard, such as alcoholic drinks and fresh juices, must be settled in cash upon departure.
2. Prices for the above are in line with the market and below the price of a Dutch catering company.
3. Smoking accessories or toilet supplies such as shampoo and the like must be settled immediately.
4. Expenses outside the Finca, such as a café, restaurant or club visit are always for the participant’s expense.
